Terms of Service

By accessing or using Africa Hosting Hub services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. These terms apply across all 54 African jurisdictions where we operate.

Africa Hosting Hub provides web hosting, cloud servers, domain registration, professional email, website builder, online store, cyber security, business integrations, and related services. All services are delivered from African data centres. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days notice.

Services are billed in your chosen currency (XAF, NGN, KES, ZAR, GHS, MAD, EGP, and 13 more). Payment methods include MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, M-Pesa, Airtel Money, bank transfer, and PAPSS. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services.

You may not use our services for: illegal activities, distributing malware, sending spam, hosting content that promotes violence, cryptocurrency mining without approval, or any activity that violates data protection laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your data is stored exclusively on African soil. We comply with all applicable data protection laws across 54 African jurisdictions. Cross-border data transfers within Africa are governed by the Malabo Convention and applicable bilateral agreements.

Africa Hosting Hub total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently delete it. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
